Ms. Shannon Conrad has been involved in real estate development, construction and management for over fifteen years. After studying Business and Administration at Loyola College in Baltimore, Ms. Conrad joined the Victory team as a Property Manager in 1999. By participating in the educational programs sponsored by CAI, Ms. Conrad obtained her Association Management Specialist (AMS) designation and was promoted to Vice President of Business Development in 2001.

While living in Watertown, NY between 2004 and 2009, Ms. Conrad was employed by LUNCO Corporation as Business Development Coordinator. She assisted in the sales, design and construction for several large scale commercial and medical development projects in Northern New York. 

Ms. Conrad returned to Maryland, her position at Victory Management and obtained her Certified Manager of Community Association (CMCA) designation through CAI in 2009. In her role as Vice President of Business Development, Ms. Conrad works directly with Victoria Burnett to thoughtfully expand Victory’s clientele base. In 2012 Ms. Conrad opened Victory North Management, LLC a sister company to Victory Management, Inc. to further expand Victory’s market territory and include Condos and HOAs in the greater Baltimore Metro Area. Victory North is founded on the same management systems and service philosophy as Victory management and continues controlled growth under the Victory umbrella.

Ms. Conrad lives in Stevensville, MD with her husband Brett and two sons, Jackson and Eddie.
