You must first log on to CondoCerts website at www.condocerts.com

Follow the DIRECTIONS below on How to Use their Website:

If you are a First Time User, follow the link to Register.

• Follow Link to Place a New Order

• Find you Homeowners Association:  Enter Association Name, City, State & Zip 

• Upon submission, you will get a list of projects found. Choose the one that you are searching by double clicking on the project name.

• This will bring you to a screen that will enable you to choose the type of product you require. Select Home Owners Questionnaire.

• Enter all necessary information on the form. 

• Choose your delivery method and Press Continue 

The cost of a Lender Questionnaire is $80 plus delivery.  Payment in advance is required in order to process the requests. Payment is to be made to CondoCerts and can be made by check or credit card.

Once complete, you will be notified via email. Then you will need to return to Condocerts, login, and click on Retreive Completed Orders.
